Care for everyday health needs.
We welcome your medical questions. TeleVista Health provides personalized care that fits your lifestyle and schedule through convenient telemedicine appointments or care in your home when appropriate.
Acute care needs
Evaluation and treatment of common colds, flu-like illnesses, infections, minor injuries, allergy symptoms, respiratory concerns, and other short-term medical needs. Antibiotics may be prescribed when clinically appropriate.
Medication management
Medication reviews and refills may be provided following an appropriate evaluation. TeleVista Health does not prescribe controlled substances.
Pain & allergy treatment
Evaluation of back pain, musculoskeletal concerns, and allergy symptoms, with treatment options such as Toradol or steroid therapy when medically appropriate.
Wound care
Assessment of minor wounds, dressing changes, healing evaluations, and guidance when specialized or emergency care is needed.
Chronic care & nursing services
Ongoing support for stable conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, COPD, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, and asthma. Scheduled nursing services may include health checks, injections, wound care, and other appropriate clinical support.

Meet Jesus Arballo, DNP, FNP-BC
Jesus Arballo is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and founder of TeleVista Health in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In 2018, he earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and graduated as a rural health scholar from the University of Arizona. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, he brings a personalized, compassionate approach to care through convenient home visits and telemedicine. His goal is to make healthcare accessible while helping patients feel heard, informed, and supported.

Home visits
Primarily serving Cochise, Pima, and Santa Cruz counties. Please call 520-549-3147 to schedule adult or pediatric home visits and in-home sports physicals so we can coordinate travel and confirm availability.
Telemedicine
Online visits are available throughout Arizona when a remote appointment is appropriate. You can schedule a telemedicine visit online or call us for help choosing.

What to expect
Flexible availability
Appointment availability varies, and same-day visits may be available. Telemedicine may be requested online. All home visits and in-home sports physicals must be arranged by phone so we can coordinate travel and provide an accurate arrival window. If we miss your call, leave your name and callback number.
Referrals for patients
When clinically appropriate, TeleVista Health can submit referrals for established patients after an evaluation. The receiving office determines acceptance, scheduling, insurance authorization, and outside costs.
For referring practices
Other healthcare practices may fax referral information and relevant records to 520-549-2196. Please include the patient’s contact information, reason for referral, and pertinent clinical records. Call 520-549-3147 with questions.
